Colin joined Miles Hansford & Tallant, LLC as an associate in April of 2021. His primary practice areas are civil litigation, probate & estate administration, business & commercial law, and local government law. He prides himself on delivering a clear message and ensuring all parties involved have a clear understanding of their matters.

Colin is a native of Dahlonega, Georgia. In 2014, he graduated from the University of North Georgia, Dahlonega, with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Following a brief tenure in law enforcement, Colin attended Mercer University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, and a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. While attending Mercer, Colin served as the vice president of the Federalist Society and the treasurer of the Second Amendment Society. Prior beginning with the firm, Colin served as the Staff Attorney for Superior Court Judge Henry L. Balkcom, IV, of the Pataula Judicial Circuit.

Colin lives in Cumming, Georgia, with his yellow lab, Gus. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
