Ethan Underwood and Josh Scoggins, Partners in the Land Use and Zoning practice group at Miles Hansford & Tallant, LLC, held a seminar titled Land Use for the Commercial Real Estate Professional for agents at Berkshire Hathaway’s Forsyth County office. Topics covered the rezoning and entitlement process, variances, moratoria, vested rights and acquisition of development permits. With constant changes being made by many local governments to their various development codes, Ethan and Josh were able to shed some light on many of the changes, procedures and policies impacting real estate development in Forsyth County, Georgia and were able help better equip local real estate agents in assisting their clients with navigating these processes.
