Law Day 2014

The Forsyth County Bar Association celebrated Law Day on April 30 with a ceremony at Lanier Technical College. Our own Kevin Tallant, president of the Forsyth County Bar, led the program entitled “Why Every Vote Matters” with special guest speaker Karen Handel, who discussed recent developments in voting law. Congratulations to the school students who won awards, including the Mock Trial county title. Our firm also extends its congratulations to James McCoy, president of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, winner of this year’s Liberty Bell Award, for his work to bring the new courthouse to Forsyth County.
